A public ribbon cutting is set for 5:30 p.m. Friday, Oct. 16, at 102 Nevada Way, next to the Chamber of Commerce.
BOULDER CITY, Nev. — The new Travel Nevada Adventure Center, powered by Outdoor, opened to the public last week. A public ribbon cutting is scheduled for Friday, Oct. 16, at 5:30 p.m. at 102 Nevada Way, next door to the Boulder City Chamber of Commerce.
It is the first center of its kind in Nevada, with another planned for the Carson City area. Boulder City was chosen for its proximity to Lake Mead and other outdoor attractions.
"The Travel Nevada Adventure Centers represent an important investment in Boulder City's future as a gateway to Lake Mead and southern Nevada's outdoor assets," said Jill Rowland-Lagan, CEO of the Boulder City Chamber of Commerce.
